Advertising Services Program

Our mission is to draw advertise dollars
to the diverse network of ethnic and
community publications, an open and
largely untapped market for our clients.

Our History
Advertising Service Program, APS, was launched as All Communities Advertising Service (AllCAS), one month after the 9/11 attacks, in response to requests from government agencies such as FEMA, the Robin Hood Foundation, the 9/11 Fund, and Safe Horizons, to help inform ethnic and other communities about assistance available to them. Eight years later, the Advertising Service Program has become the gateway to the ethnic and community press. During its eight-year history, the program has developed close relationships with many of the 350 weekly publications and 26 foreign-language dailies that make up the ethnic and community press in New York City and the N.Y. metropolitan area, giving NYCMA thorough access and knowledge of the constituencies and markets they represent. Clients seeking to reach particular ethnicities, neighborhood or zip codes come to NYCMA for help designing and placing their advertising campaigns.
